On Thursday Josh Baker English spin bowler who played for Countryb club Worcestershire, has died at the died of 20, the spinner made his first class debut with the club in 2021 and played 47 matches aross all formats, picking 70 wickets
Josh Baker was born in Redditch, and he came through the ranks at New Road and also represented England under at the 19 level, he signed three-year contract last year, and recovered from a back injury that he suffered in 2022, and played five Championship games to help Worcestershire with promotion from Championship Division Two
Worcestershire Country Cricket Club is heartbroken to announce the untimely passing of Josh Baker.
